Im Stellwerk Zukunft arbeite ich vor allem mit Kindern und Jugendlichen sowie deren Familien im Rahmen der Hilfen zur Erziehung. Es ist mir wichtig auf jede*n individuell in der Einzelarbeit einzugehen. Die Kinder und Jugendlichen sollen mitentscheiden, wie ein Termin ausgestaltet wird. Ich bringe die passenden Methoden mit und eigene Interessen wie z.B. kochen, backen oder Bewegung drau\u00dfen ein.
